We had a kitchen extension, side return, and loft conversion (hip to gable) completed by Dan and his team, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was polite, tidy, and incredibly professional.

We were really impressed how considerate they were around family life. With two young children and a busy mum in the house, they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible — often offering a hand with school ties in the mornings or keeping an eye on the toast while life carried on around them! They truly became part of the family, and no request was ever too much trouble.

We also really appreciated how they took the time to explain each stage of the build. As this was our first major project, we weren’t sure what to expect, but they constantly reassured us and made the process feel manageable and stress-free.

The quality of their work is great. Every aspect has been finished to a very high standard, and the project was completed on time and within budget — which is rare to find. They even went out of their way on several occasions to help us with things outside of their remit, showing just how much they care about their clients.
